Most orders happen on Amazon. For the smaller set of products sold directly on this site, we keep shipping communication simple: realistic timelines, clear tracking handoff, and direct support when exceptions happen.

Shipping model: Amazon fulfillment for marketplace orders, direct logistics partners for selected on-site checkout SKUs.

Where we ship

This MVP is focused on U.S. customers. Availability may vary by product, inventory location, and whether the item is fulfilled through Amazon or direct checkout.

Processing and transit

Amazon orders follow Amazon’s own fulfillment and delivery windows.

For selected direct-checkout products, orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days. Transit timing depends on the shipping line, customs processing, and final-mile handoff.

Carriers and tracking

We may fulfill direct orders using logistics partners such as 4PX, YunExpress, or Yanwen depending on the lane and product profile.

Once a direct order ships, tracking information is added to your order record and can be shared through our order lookup flow or a direct support reply.

Delays and exceptions

Transit estimates are not guarantees. Weather, customs review, line-haul congestion, and local courier scans can delay visible tracking updates.

If tracking has not moved for an unusual amount of time, contact support with your order number and email address.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address. If an address issue is caught before dispatch, we may contact you to confirm details before shipment is released.

Amazon + direct

Marketplace orders follow Amazon’s own fulfillment system. Direct orders are handled separately through our shipping partners.

1–3 business days

Direct orders are normally prepared before line-haul dispatch within a few business days, depending on stock and route.
