A simple, 30-day return policy.

You can request a return within 30 days of the delivery date recorded on your Winonela Fitness order. Orders fulfilled on Amazon follow Amazon’s own return policy — start those returns from your Amazon account.

Unused equipment in original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and protective materials.

Items that arrived damaged, defective, or were shipped incorrectly qualify regardless of whether the packaging is pristine. Please include photos when you contact support.

Items showing heavy wear or modification beyond normal inspection.

Consumables or accessories that have been unsealed, used, or are missing.

Items purchased more than 30 days before the return request unless they arrived defective.

Email contact@winonela.com with your order number, the reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.

We respond within one business day with a return authorization and a shipping address. Please wait for that email before sending anything back — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Refunds are issued to your original PayPal account once the returned item is inspected at our facility. Most refunds are completed within 5 business days of receipt.

Shipping fees are refunded when the return is caused by our error (wrong item, damaged item, defect). For buyer-preference returns, outbound shipping is non-refundable and the buyer covers return shipping.

We don’t run a dedicated exchange flow for direct-site orders today. If you need a different size or variant, return the original order for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.
